Alicia Eggert (@aplaceintheuniverse), Barbara Kruger, Juanita McNeely, Marilyn Minter (@marilynminter), Miriam Schapiro, and Hannah Wilke are among the artists whose work Gómez-Upegui highlights. Eggert's installation "OURs," pictured here, is a large pink-neon-light installation that cycles through the phrases “our bodies,” “our futures,” and “our abortions." Symbolically, the piece was initially displayed outside the Supreme Court Building in Washington, DC, and then traveled across the United States.
