But behind the scenes today was stressful I won't lie. HONESTLY SHOUT OUT TO THE ELVIE STRIDE BREAST PUMP BECAUSE IT SAVED ME. 🤪 I often get asked about how I balance the juggle of work and motherhood and I think today is the perfect example! I was SO pleased to chat with Laura Jackson who was also on the show - she had her little boy with her and it was such a relief to know it's not just me. That's the thing with the juggle it can feel like you're the only one trying to do it sometimes as on the outside it feels like everyone else is doing it better? Anyway, I woke up with very engorged boobs. They were red and so sore. I was panicking - especially given I was going to be away from Ada from a couple of hours. I already panic she might need to feed whilst I'm on TV! My agent Amy ran out and got me an Elvie because I've always used their pumps and love how discreet they are - and she came back with an Elvie Stride!! Omg it was amazing. I pumped the entire way through the show, massaging my red hot lumps in the break! And no one noticed! Apart from the producers and Steph who kept checking I was ok! It was so quiet and I could control it from the outside - I had it clipped to my shorts! It can be worn as a double or a single - I just had it in one, but I pumped SO much milk and it felt so comfotable all whilst doing my job talking about the news! I actually am so happy about today and love that I pumped whilst on live TV because breastfeeding mums should be able to unapologetically pump or breastfeed their baby without compromise. 🤱💪 AD as I'm an Elvie Ambassador」7月6日 3時16分
