When I was younger I always wanted to move to San Francisco. in my imagination it was a perfect blend of hip hop and hippies . And i’d even take whatever gigs to go up there for a few days because I had a crush on this girl (she probably married a tech guy by now 🫤).I’d sleep in hammocks at warehouses, ride bikes to flea markets to buy records & eat free food at the baha’i temple, and yeah smoke some doobies. So to come back every year and make this huge @thehigherground party and then end up learning to spin (I identify as a twirler)at the @deadandcompany final shows was like the most epic bay area night of all time . thanks for the love and lessons over the years 🫶🏼
