To mark the tenth anniversary of Walter De Maria’s death, the Pinakothek der Moderne (@pinakotheken) in Munich will play "Ocean Music,” a sound piece in which the artist combined his own recordings of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans with his drum improvisation.

From July 25 to 30, the recording will play between 12 and 6pm in the historic Türkentor (Turkish Gate) building, which houses the artist’s sculpture "Large Red Sphere," pictured here. On Thursday, July 27, the musical presentation will continue until 8pm. The event is free to attend. Follow the link in our bio to learn more.
