Discussing my favourite marinara sub sandwich with Mark Ronson. X Mary

I used store bought bean burgers (cooked to pack instructions).
Lightly toasted the bread (sub rolll/baguette) sliced in half.
Add a layer of pesto sauce to one side of the baguette, then layer on the bean burgers, add a vegan slice of cheese, some marinara sauce (shop bought or I will post Linda’s marinara sauce below)
Some grilled red onions and a few leaves of baby spinach.
And there you have the perfect sandwich.
