We’ve been mostly averaging about 100 miles per day of biking, with stops to climb in various areas along the way. And, in general, it has slowly been feeling easier. But there’s always something: some days it rains, on others there’s a strong headwind, sometimes you get slightly lost. The picture of us in the rain is from the Icefields Parkway in Alberta, aptly named because even in the middle of summer we froze our balls off all day. We did 140+ miles in long underwear and hard shells as it rained and misted all day. But some days are lovely and sunny, and occasionally the miles fly by.
