It was amazing to compete in the USA with this team, all of us made the semi finals, Izzy and I led the synchro competition in prelims and placed fourth in the finals at our first World Cup synchro event! Two of us made the individual finals and came home with medals - a silver for me and Zak won his first World Cup Medal, a bronze! Feels like a huge mixture of relief and excitement that I return home after the first two world cups and Olympic qualification events with a 1st and 2nd place finish, securing all important olympic ranking qualification points, and us showing podium potential in the synchro! And to focus on the experience, not just the results, I had an amazing time seeing all my friends from around the world, meeting old and new ones, loving the gorgeous weather and beach, playing games with my team, recieving fantastic support and encouragement throughout and I enjoyed getting on the trampoline to compete again!!
