Thanks to @axelandtia from the great borough of Brooklyn, this confection consists of of homemade organic apple sauce, organic eggs, banana, gluten free oat flour, gluten free brown rice flour, low fat Greek yogurt, homemade peanut butter and plant based food coloring. It was yummy. I ate some. ☺️ Elsie needed her big brother, Henry, to show her how to really dive in and enjoy the cake.
