How can the various generations work better together?🤔 It’s going to take some very intentional work says hospitality entrepreneur Chip Conley. In his talk, he addresses how for the first time *ever*, there are five generations in the workplace at the same time, which is bound to cause some friction — but don’t worry, there is a way forward. With processes like “mutual mentorship,” folks at all levels can gain valuable insight across generations. “It’s time for us to actually look at how to change up the physics of wisdom,” Conley says. “So it actually flows in both directions, from old to young and from young to old.” Want to learn more?
