Life lately…
No make up, no fake eyelashes or fake nails… a very plain Lalla…
Surrendering to everything that is around me.
Spending a-lot of time outdoors, connecting with plants, pups and horses, eating organic food, drinking a bit too much good red wine 🤫 and not too concerned about much more than my own mental health right now.
Not as much crazy exercise like I used to do- pushing myself to my limit. Just trying to figure out a balance of ‘just being’ and ‘being MORE of who I am’

I’m still unsure- a little confused- no plan- just releasing alot of stored up pain, anxiety, hurt, regret, shame, and embarrassment.
This shadow work isn’t a constant. Some days are tough but some days I don’t feel like I’m doing anything.

If you’re going through a rebirth- hang in there.
I think there are many that are.

It feels like a lot of our past has been shallow and unfulfilling and we long for real connection and meaning in our lives🙏

I believe The One-Consciousness is awakening ourselves to move closer to who we are truly meant to be.🙏 It’s odd ‘work’ to do.
Some people may see it as selfish or useless. Perhaps even letting yourself go… your career go.

I realize reprogramming ourselves about what success is, what happiness is, or freedom - to US- PERSONALLY- isn’t easy.
But… We are exactly where we need to be ❤️
