Week 7 IS HERE!!! Which means a Brand New Monday Workout!

Monday’s Workout:
Good Mornings
Sumo Squat
Seated Hamstring Curl
Cable Kick Abduction
Unilateral Seated Calves

Our bodies are incredible adaptation machines so it’s always important to add new stimulus to continue making progress! Over these last 6 weeks of my 12 week fitness challenge, I’m increasing the volume on the weakest parts of my body like my glutes and hamstrings, and just doing enough volume to maintain the muscle in areas like my back, shoulders, biceps & triceps. Really happy with my progress so far!

Starting week 5, I also added in 30 minutes of incline walking to help break through a plateau instead of dropping calories. Cardio is a great tool once I learned how to use it. I rely mainly on strength training and only use cardio as a way to increase my deficit.
