I’ve been really focusing on the eccentric portion of the exercise and really controlling the weight! It’s so much harder, but it’s making me so much stronger! Just 5 more weeks left to the 12 week fitness challenge and I already feel like a brand new person! Upgrading my fitness has upgraded my mental and emotional health to new highs!
