Love the current split I’m on! Incorporate strength and hypertrophy days. Today I was establishing a one rep max on neutral grip pull ups - typically this is the pull-up that people are the strongest at . Obviously, there is a little bit of momentum being used, but it will work. I will use this one rep max as I continue on this program as a reference. Most of our programs working sets are based off 1 reps at maxes. There are also online calculators that give you your one rep max based upon how many reps of a certain weight you can do @fitnessculturetraining app
