My daily non-negotiables 🫶🏽✨

Why are these my daily non-negotiables?
- 10k steps = it gives me a reason to get out into nature and gives me some mindful time eg. Listen to a podcast.
- 2/3 litres of water = boosts mental and physical performance + flushed out toxins in the body.
- 5/10 mins reading = I LOVE a self development book (but not the biggest fan of reading) so making sure I schedule it into the daily routine holds me accountable.
- high protein/veggie meals = again good for mental / physical performance and makes me feel good.
- exercise = moving my body makes me feel great, whether it’s 30 mins of Pilates or 90 mins of weight training.
- 7/8 hours sleep = sleep is key for mind and muscle recovery and I’ve found that 7 hours is my sweet spot for feeling my best!

Trust me when I say if I miss any of these out of my day I can genuinely feel the negative effects that evening or the next day. So hitting these consistently is massive for me!! Keeps me accountable and on track for my goals/ life I want to create😌
