Trust me when I say my morning routine honestly sets the tone for my day!
Starting the day with things that are in my control keeps my mind calm and makes me feel ready to take on the day!
Whether it’s work or heading to a gym session, keeping to these rituals makes me feel like I’ve already accomplished something before the day has even started☺️
