World Mental Health Day 🧠🌍

Exercise is a huge reason my mental health is so much better than it was this time last year. Having that’s hour or two everyday, do dedicate that time to my self development and mental release has helped me more than I could have imagined!

My Top 4 my noticeable differences after I’ve exercised:

- Reduce stress + anxiety
- Increased self esteem
- Increased mental alertness
- Improved sleep.

It doesn’t even have to be an hour weight session or cardio or anything to strenuous and out of your comfort zone. Start with a 10/20 minute walk or some light stretching and see if you feel any of these benefits✨
