Watermelon Jelly

INGREDIENTS
50ml melon (green) syrup
3g gelatin powder
100ml water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
80ml strawberry (red) syrup
5g gelatin powder
160ml water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Put melon syrup in a heat-proof bowl, strawberry syrup in another heat-proof bowl. Add gelatin powder into each bowl. Microwave both for 30 seconds at 600W. Add water and mix well.
2. Pour the strawberry syrup mixture into a small cup. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until solid.
3. Place (2) into a larger cup and add the melon syrup mixture (1). Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until solid.
4. Enjoy!
