Oh my. I don’t recommend racing a world championship steeplechase with a torn hamstring. It’s not very fun.

After I got home, I got an MRI which showed a pretty good tear in my hamstring.

The good news is that this will heal on its own (no surgery) and just need some rest and rehab. I look forward to racing with a healthy hamstring next year 😊 i bet it will be very fun.
