The BEST Sukiyaki Ever!

INGREDIENTS
200g beef loin (thinly sliced)
Some beef tallow
Some WARISHITA (dashi broth with soy sauce and mirin)
Some cane sugar
1/3 pack shirataki
1/2 grilled tofu
1/3 leek
1/2 onion
1/2 bunch crown daisy
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
2 shiitake mushrooms
1/3 pack enoki mushrooms
2 eggs
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Heat a Sukiyaki pan and cook beef tallow.
2. Place beef slices in the pan. Add cane sugar and warishita on the side. Stir with meat.
3. Add shirataki, grilled tofu, leek, onion, crown daisy, shiitake and enoki mushrooms
into the pan. Stir-fry and mix with warishita.
4. Serve with beaten eggs.
5. Enjoy!
