メラニー・サイクスさんのインスタグラム写真 - (メラニー・サイクスInstagram)「Hey guys, good morning, happy Saturday to you. 💛🧘🏽‍♀️ It's been an interesting week for me for many reasons and I also hurt myself last Friday after an ADHD week, a week of basically doing way too much so I have had to take things seriously slowly and rest which ain't easy. I ended up having a relapse during the week. 🙃 Then I was forced to rest proper which I managed for two days lol but I also had to get out of the house, get out of London and get my arse to the seaside. It's been a while. I've always loved Brighton and the Sussex coastline, so I took a trip with Porchie to hang out in the beautiful weather, introduce him the sea, lie on a beach and meditate and sit up in the countryside. Devil's Dyke has the most awesome view which is humbling. And although it was kind of a lot, I needed to see a sunset, was craving it actually. 🌅 I just had to go slow, take my time and do it. I'm so happy I did. So much wisdom comes from all our challenges, you just have to tune in. 🙏🏻 Here are some lovely pictures of the views, Porchie and me.
