“Feel the fear and do it anyway” is probably a quote you’ve heard thrown around often when it comes to sports, or tackling a big challenge in your life.

What I’ve learned with fear, is that it will show up often to try to freeze you from going past what you are truly capable of. We won’t know our limits if we never push them!
