From last week’s Short Course champs. I haven’t raced short course for almost 4 years so was great to be back in the little pool.

Every time I get in the pool, I’m getting a bit fitter and a bit faster. Enjoying seeing the progression.

You can see me breathing quite hard at the end there getting rid of some of my CO2 build up after only breathing once in the last 25m.
