【モチっと美味しい】コロコロ大学いも🍠Sweet Potato Savory Balls

ころころ大学芋がカワイイ♪
カリカリに揚げたお芋に甘じょっぱいたれがいい感じ🥹🍠✨

■材料
さつまいも　300g
片栗粉　大さじ2
牛乳　大さじ4
サラダ油　適量
黒いりごま　小さじ2
《たれ》
はちみつ　大さじ2
醤油　大さじ1
みりん　大さじ2

■作り方
1. 加熱して柔らかくしたさつまいもをマッシュする。
2. 片栗粉、牛乳を加えて混ぜ、一口サイズに丸める。
3. 油を温めたフライパンに2を入れてきつね色になるまで揚げ焼きする。
4. 《たれ》の材料を中火で加熱しながら混ぜ合わせ、とろみをつける。
5. お皿に盛り、たれと黒いりごまをかける。

Ingredients:
- 300g sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 4 tablespoons milk
- Cooking oil (as needed)
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
《Sauce》
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin

Steps:
1. Mash the sweet potatoes after heating them until they become soft.
2. Add potato starch and milk, mix well, and shape into bite-sized balls.
3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the balls until they turn a golden brown color.
4. In a separate saucepan, combine the ingredients for the sauce over medium heat, stirring to thicken.
5. Place the fried sweet potato balls on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
