卵焼き器で簡単!カクたこ焼き

KAKU-TAKOYAKI
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
70 grams all-purpose flour
5 grams cornstarch
100 milliliters dashi
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons mirin
1 medium egg
Oil, for frying
20 grams cabbage, shredded
20 grams green onion, thinly sliced
10 grams red pickled ginger
30 grams shredded mozzarella
15 grams raw octopus, sliced
Okonomiyaki sauce, for serving
Mayonnaise, for serving
Dried seaweed flakes, for serving
Dried bonito flakes, for serving

PREPARATION
1. Add the flour, cornstarch, dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and egg to a medium bowl, and whisk to combine.
2. Heat a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat and grease lightly with oil.
3. Pour the batter into the pan, then top with the cabbage, green onions, red pickled ginger, mozzarella, and octopus. Cook for about 90 seconds, until the underside is cooked.
4. Gently fold the takoyaki in half and cook for another minute, until golden brown.
5. Gently flip the takoyaki, and cook for 2 minutes, until fully cooked.
6. Transfer the takoyaki to a plate and top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried seaweed flakes, and dried bonito flakes. Slice and serve.
7. Enjoy!
