Legislators are adding their voices to the hundreds of people who testified to the Water Commission on 9/19/23.

Legislators Inouye, Keohokalole, and Holt are demanding "..the issue of Mr. Manuel's employment status, including his reinstatement as CWRM … Deputy, must be addressed by the CWRM as an agenda item at its next meeting on October 17, 2023."

But it would save a lot of time and energy if Chairperson Chang would push aside the attorney general's advisement and instead reinstate Kaleo Manuel immediately.
