This year so far 👇
What you see on the surface:
- I got stuff done such as create an online course in performance for climbing 💻
- Climbed and trained but didn’t do anything very hard or that cool 🧗‍♀️
- Created a talk and delivered it to 12 locations around 🇬🇧
- Went to Mallorca and was part of a climbing film for reel rock 🏝️

Under the surface:
- Had my internal world rocked by grief and trauma
- Lost my mental health for weeks at a time
- Pressure tested all the structures in my life, my confidence, my resilience, my relationships and my support structures. Some held, some didn’t but I’m rebuilding 🌆
