This has got to be the ultimate way to cold plunge... I’ve got mountains, I’ve got the bluest lake you’ve ever seen, and I’ve got a little friend who can’t get enough of me 🦋⛰️

Granted... not everything that’s worth doing (or that’s good for you) will always be this serene. Trust me, there’s just as many cold showers or dips in the pool that aren’t nearly as glamorous or picturesque.

The point is, do both! The cold showers at home ensure you’re ready to maximize the cold exposure while you travel... so start wherever you are, and know that it’ll pay off later 🤝
