Late night crazy back finisher•
• Straight bar lat pull-down (I prefer wide grip)
• My back is fried at this point, so I really concentrate on controlling the reps all the way thru.
• 3-4 second negatives, 1-2 second squeeze holds
Til failure (usually around 8-10 reps for me)
• can’t emphasize enough to control your movements to get quality reps and to really work the muscle.
And cheers to the crazy disruptive ones, obsessed with putting in the quiet work - regardless of the hour and realizing that sweat and iron is always cheaper than a shrink 😈😉
