Video by @babaktafreshi | On September 12, near the northernmost point in Iceland, the night sky exploded with an aurora and a spectacular fireball meteor. We were situated at the Arctic Henge monument, and I was about to move my photo workshop group to another place when this tennis ball-size space rock entered Earth's atmosphere. It burned about 60 to 90 km above us, becoming as bright as the full moon for a moment. Such meteors are very rare to witness. Even for a frequent observer like me, it took three decades to finally record one on video! #WorldSpaceWeek
