I stand in awe of you sweet angel Alyssa. How you remained so loving, so positive, so gentle, so giving throughout your painful struggle. You didn’t ask for this, you didn’t want it but the way you handled it is what hero’s in ancient tales are made of. You lived gracefully and you faced the end of your earthly life even more gracefully, you really set the bar my beautiful cousin, you set it so high.. You impacted so many by sharing Gods word, you brought so many including myself closer to Jesus because we stood in awe of how you were able to manage this burden and still shine so bright. My heart is aching dreadfully but a strange peace creeps in knowing that you are in His arms with no more pain and that comforts me putting my mind and my spirit at odds.. one struggling to understand and the other understanding all too well.. You will forever be an inspiration to me. I cry because I will miss you, I cry for my families heart ache.. my beautiful aunt, big hearted uncle, your loving brother and your beloved husband who you adored with every fiber of your being and all the rest of us you impacted just by being blessed to be a part of your life. I will miss the light you were to this hurting world.
