Chef’s Table with Telmont is a monthly dinner that pairs sustainable Telmont champagnes with exclusive courses prepared by some of the hotel’s finest chefs. Overseeing the third edition of the dinner will be Takatoki Minagawa, head chef of The St. Regis Osaka’s main kitchen.
