Glad to take up his invitation to visit. We agreed to elevate our excellent bilateral relations in areas such as trade and investment, green energy, digital economy, and public sector development. Also happy to see the continued exchange of study visits and the sharing of best practices. We also welcomed the multifaceted cooperation under the Saudi-Singapore Joint Committee (SSJC) platform, in areas such as connectivity, digital economy and innovation, energy and industry. Singapore companies are interested in the opportunities under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and I also encouraged Saudi companies to use Singapore as their gateway to Southeast Asia. I thanked Crown Prince Mohammed for the Haj arrangements for Singapore pilgrims during the pandemic years, and reiterated our request for an increase in the official Haj quota.
