We just crumbled up some rice cakes and stirred through dark chocolate, melted coconut oil and added fresh raspberries - but you could also add in other fresh or dried fruits. Pour the mixture into a dish lined with greaseproof paper and pop in the fridge until set. Then slice into bars and decorate them however you like!
