The Sourtoe Cocktail, which can be found at the Sourdough Saloon in Dawson City, is a rite of passage for those visiting The Yukon.

Established in 1973, those who complete the challenge are admitted into the Sourtoe Cocktail Club. There’s just one rule: “You can drink it fast. You can drink it slow. But your lips must touch that gnarly toe.”
