Or is it a Thanksgiving thing? Feel like that's in November - sorry to my American friends for not knowing. 🤣 But I couldn't resist making this a little throwback reel because I realised I was wearing the same outfit after and it's like so much has changed in 356 days. I mean physically, like Alf is bigger and Ada is alive and I'm not pregnant. 👋 But everything else too - mentally, emotionally. I can't believe how much can change in a year. For good and bad. I mean when I google today's date and look at every year it takes me back to the place I was in, the people I was hanging with, the love or heartbreak, the headspace... It really does serve as a reminder that things change so quickly. Life and the chapters were in. So we should never take time for granted. But also when we're struggling we should look at how much changed in 365 and remind ourselves it can change again. To everyone who said to me 'if you think it's hard now, just you wait...' when I was struggling - well it's got better and better. I'm obsessed with Alf as a toddler. I'm comfortable with being a mum. My career has gone from strength to strength. But I'm also lonelier this year. I have a baby again, so I'm more tied. Having two children has doubled my mental load. But I also know that in 365, life will look different again. But I'll be sure to do another post in a pumpkin patch in another 365 days from now and update you! 🤪🎃✨」11月1日 5時38分
