Each in their own way - M2 of the Laval European qualifiers
Lots of comments under my last post of M1 in Laval discussed if this problem was or was not morpho (height depending, anti-morpho we call problems that give taller climbers a disadvantage, something that happens a lot as it was rightfully commented).
The smaller the holds (not only the grip-able surface, but the hold in general) the more it forces the climber in one, and only one position and therefore the higher the risk of this happening in one way or another.
On volumes and bigger holds that afford more options, as here in M2, every climber can find their own ideal position.
Boulder rounds are not only about one problem, but about how they work in concert. Ideally most climbing skills are being tested.
