Noodle Stuffed Fried Tofu Skin
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 fried tofu skin
1 pack udon noodle (cocked)

A
300ml water
1 tablespoon soy sauce (light)
1 teaspoon mirin
1 teaspoon dashi powder

Shichiri pepper, as needed
Japanese leeks (sliced), as needed
Kamaboko (fishcake), as needed


PREPARATION
1. Pour the hot water over the tofu skin to remove excess oil. Place the tofu skin on a cutting board. Press and roll the chopsticks on the tofu skin. (It makes the tofu skin open easily.)
2. Cut off the edge of the tofu skin. Stuff the noodle in it. Close it by tying the edge of tofu skin.
3. Bring a pot of all the ingredients A. Place (2) and simmer for 3 minutes. Put leek slices and sliced kamaboko on top. Serve with shichimi.
4. Enjoy!
