Among these remarkable individuals, we would like to shine a spotlight on Taronga's longest-serving volunteer, Gloria, and our incredible Youth at the Zoo (YATZ). For 48-incredible-years, Gloria has been an integral part of the Taronga family with her wealth of knowledge and contributions extending far beyond her volunteer role, touching the lives of staff members and visitors alike. In comparison, our YATZ start their journey at Taronga as young as 13-years-old. Their passion, infectious enthusiasm and love for wildlife is truly inspiring. From assisting with animal care to educating visitors, all of our volunteers' commitment to Taronga has made a remarkable impact on our organization.
