Did I discover that actually taking that self-love day or act of self love such as a massage or a walk or meditation or breath work- that is actually when you come back to the situation, clearer and with a calmer nervous system so that you can actually make decisions with a more clear mind. And as a result, you get more done and more efficient answers. This is all due to the key, which is balance. We need balance in every aspect of our life. I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am.
