Day 39!!!!!

A #healthyhabit of mine, that kind of naturally came about was taking meetings as I go for a walk. I was trying to make sure that I took a walk every day, and as my calendar would fill up of to do‘s, I would find it harder for me to fit that walk in. So I started to think of ways I could multitask and create an opportunity for myself to get that walk in, but do work at the same time. And I have seen massive benefits with this simple adjustment in my life.

I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am. Who I am and how I live, my life is truly a lifestyle.

I am showing that it is safe to be your authentic self and to like what you like to not like what you don’t like them to be OK with that. No to people are exactly alike and that is a super power.
