This is Shu, a Siamese cat.
This work was almost completed in the summer, but due to a combination of moving and online lessons, there has been a complete absence of posting on the Insta site.

I started creating Shu in April.
However, he already had a terminal brain tumor at that time.

The owner says.

“I must have taken a lot of pictures, but I could not leave enough of his expression when he was healthy. I only regret that I did not preserve such and such gestures.”

I was determined to create a piece of work that would not make the owner regret not having been able to take pictures of Shu.

It is a very, very lovely piece of work for me as well. ☺️

オーダー制作の修くんです☺️

夏にはほぼ完成していましたが、
引越しとオンラインサロンが重なり
インスタへの投稿がすっかり間が空いてしまいました。

修くんは4月に募集させていただいたモデル猫ちゃんですが、その時すでに末期の脳腫瘍でした。

「いっぱい写真を撮ってきたはずなのに、
元気な時の修らしい表情も満足に撮れていないのです。
あんな仕草や、こんな仕草も残しておきたかったと後悔ばかりです。」

そう語る飼い主さんに、修くんらしい写真が残せなかったことを後悔しないくらいの作品を届けたい一心で制作していました。

私にとっても、とてもとても愛おしい作品です☺️
