Prime eye w/ urban decay primer potion & pack BLACKOUT on lid 2.) blend out w/ PISTOL & TEASE throughout crease 3.) apply BOOTYCALL on brow bone 4.) apply Stila to waterline and smudge along lower lash line 5.) mix equal parts Sally Girl gel adhesive w/ Ben Nye sparkles (black glitter) & pat on entire lid; then lightly apply Sephora's glitter eyeliners in purple and silver sporadically on eye as desired to make black glitter pop more (if u want, not needed) 6.)
