This is a before and after! Off season on the left 115 pnds. Right 106 pnds on prep. I stay around 108 pnds normally. Just to remind everyone I am in no way perfect and I don't always look super shredded but I do stay pretty lean year round. These pictures show how I was able to keep my muscle and shed off fat. I have been competing since 7/2011. I started at 105 and my stage weight is still 105 even though my muscle gain is pretty incredible in such a short time. I only get on the scale once a week for status checks and I have never measured my body fat. THE MIRROR DOESN'T LIE. I am where I am cause I NEVER TAKE THE EASY ROUTE.
