Max Plyo got served today!
I have a lot of stretching photos because that was my favorite part today. Also, I have found the shoes that make my feet feel amazing! There's the photo in the bottom left hand corner! Reebok Cross fit shoe! For those with flat feet...these give you so much more space and you're closer to the ground as opposed to running shoes.

Question: why is Scott always smiling when we finish a workout? I'm like.... A bi*^tch is TIRED! LOL!
