Shoot a Yogi - Day 11: Get your Navasana on!
Lower from Navasana to Ardha Navasana and come back up. Lengthen out of your lower back, connect your two big toes, keep the legs engaged and draw the inner thighs inward. The core should do all the work, not the back! Bend your knees or modify if you need to. Extra challenging if you're wearing 10-pound cowgirl boots?
