Returning home to #Colorado we flew directly over the pinnacle of the #Continental Divide and the Climax #molybdenum Mine. The colored tailing ponds are the #headwaters to two Colorado River tributaries - the Blue and Eagle (Pacific Ocean - when the CO reached the sea). A third river originates here - The #Arkansas, a Mississippi tributary (Atlantic Ocean). #water #red #watersheds
