PLYOS DAY! The key to plyos is to perform them as quickly as you can, with as much power as you can, while maintaining the proper form as much as you can. Go fast, go hard but go properly! All my plyo circuits are done as supersets, which means a perform two exercises consecutively for 3-5 sets of each with little to no rest in between.
