1 Scoop @GoGnarly grass-fed chocolate whey
2 Tbsp Hersey dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter (you may also use regular pb)
1 Tbsp Walden Farmers Carmel Syrup (sugar free, fat free, calorie free)
In bowl, mix protein powder & cocoa powder with a little water. (Add a teaspoon at a time until mixture is thick)
In another bowl, add PB2 powder & Carmel sauce
In foil / silicone mini muffin baking cups placed in muffin pan add one later of chocolate - one layer peanut butter and then another later of chocolate. Repeat with remaining cups
Place in freezer for 30 mins or until chocolate hardens. #ENJOY
