It stopped in 1998 due to over allocation and climate change. Thanks to the hard work of many, a new treaty with #Mexico and the US might help this 1450-mile long river kiss the sea again. A small water release for the delta is potentially planned to happen next spring. #riverrundry @thephotosociety
