Why?
Full of flavour, tender, and gives you the opportunity to add other amazing foods to increase the nutrient density of this meal. Coconut milk is a great option and amazing for your HAIR, SKIN & NAILS. Boiling chicken in water IS NOT THE SAME. Rather than keep it moist, it actually dries out your chicken quite badly, robbing if of moisture.

Tip: Although Coconut Milk has numerous health benefits it is quite dense. For that reason it's preferable to make this meal a low carb one and stick to salads and greens as a side rather than rice, quinoa or sweet potato. Your stomach will stay nice and flat and you won't get any bloating.
